- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall - 1979 West 1900 South, to discuss the following matter: Site Plan - Proposed Site Plan for Syracuse City Fire Station 32 located at approximately 3176 S Bluff Road.
