2023 Municipal General Election Notice
According to the provisions of Utah code 20A-5-101,
- Notice is given to qualified persons residing within Duchesne City, Roosevelt City, and Tabiona Town that the Municipal General election will be held Tuesday, November 21, 2023 from 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Notice is given of sample ballots for the General Election. Sample ballots can be found at:

- Notice is given of the election audit required by the Lieutenant Governor's Election Policy. The Audit will be conducted during normal business hours in the County Administration Building - 734 North Center Street, Duchesne, UT, beginning Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at 2:00 PM.
- Notice is given of early voting dates and times as follows:
o 13th November, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM - In Person/Early Voting (Admin Building - Duchesne)
o 14th November, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM - In Person/Early Voting (Admin Building - Duchesne)
o 15th November, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM - In Person/Early Voting (Admin Building - Duchesne)
o 16th November, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM - In Person/Early Voting (Admin Building - Duchesne)
o 17th November, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM - In Person/Early Voting (Admin Building - Duchesne)
- Notice is given that Duchesne County will provide voting assistance and have an ADA approved voting equipment at their office during early voting and on Election Day, Tuesday, November 21, 2023
Canvass
Each City/Town will conduct its own Canvass of Election.
Qualification to Vote
U.S. Citizen, resident of the State of Utah for over 30 days preceding the election, 18 years of age by November 21, 2023. To register to vote or to update information, visit vote.utah.gov.
Certification of Ballot Counting Equipment
Duchesne County will publicly conduct a logic and accuracy test of the tabulating equipment that will be used to count the ballots for the General Election, on November 1st at 10:00 AM. The test will be conducted in Duchesne County Administration Building, Conference Room #1. The test is open to the public in accordance with Utah Code 20A-4-104 and 20A-3-201
Ballots will be mailed out around October 31st
