- THE CITY OF WEST JORDAN, UTAH PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The West Jordan Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing to be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at which time input will be received prior to discussion and possible recommendation to the City Council concerning the proposed items: Cottages at Parker Place Rezone; 7398 South Redwood Road; Rezone 2.17 acres from R-3-8 (SHO) (Multi-family Residential 8 units per acre maximum density - Senior Housing Overlay) to R-3-8 (Multi-family Residential 8 units per acre maximum density) and Amended Development Plan; Dave Tolman (applicant) Copper Meadows General Plan Amendment, Rezone and Master Development Agreement/Plan; 8200 South Stokesley Drive; General Plan Amendment from Future Park, Public Facilities and Very Low Density Residential to Low Density Residential. Rezone from Very Low Density Single Family Residential (VLSFR), Low Density Single Family Residential (LSFR) and Public Facilities (P-F) to the Planned Community (P-C) Zone and a Master Development Plan and Agreement. Barrett Peterson/Peterson Development (applicant) The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. The proceedings may be viewed in the following ways: - Zoom Webinar - log in information at https://westjordan.primegov.com/public/portal. - Attend in person in the Thomas M. Rees Justice Center, 8040 South Redwood Road, 1st Floor, West Jordan, Utah You are invited to attend the Public Hearing and take part in the discussions and voice any support or concerns you may have with the above-mentioned projects. If you want to speak on an item, the time will be limited to 3 minutes. Items may be moved on the agenda or tabled by the Planning Commission. Items not heard will be scheduled on the next agenda. If you have any questions concerning this notice, please contact the West Jordan City Planning and Zoning office at (801) 569-5060. Copies of the agenda packet for this meeting will be available for viewing on the West Jordan website https://westjordan.primegov.com/public/portal. approximately 5 days prior to the meeting.
