NOTICE OF AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Wellington will hold a regular City Council Meeting on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at 150 West Main Wellington, Utah. The meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 pm as a Regular Meeting and the agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call, and Approval of Previous City Council Minutes 2. ORDINANCE 2023-02 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF WELLINGTON, UTAH, ADOPTING SECTION 12-4-2-011 OF THE WELLINGTON CITY CODE, REGULATING THE LICENSING AND USE OF SINGLE OR MULTI FAMILY/ PERMANENT DWELLING IN A RESIDENTIAL ZONE FOR SHORT TERM VACATION RENTALS. 8.
