PUBLIC HEARING
Variance Application
Notice is hereby given that the Monticello Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at the Hideout Community Center, 648 S Hideout Way, beginning at 6:30 pm.
The purpose of the hearing will be to receive comment on the following land use variance application.
1) For RV Stalls to be allowed at the San Juan County Fairgrounds.
Copies of the request are available for public inspection in the Monticello City office. Written comments may be addressed to Recorder Melissa Gill, melissa@monticelloutah.org, City of Monticello, PO Box 457, Monticello, Ut 84535. Comments must be received prior to or on the hearing date. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, anyone requiring special accommodations to attend either of these hearings may call the Monticello City office at least three (3) days prior to the meeting, at 425-587-2271.
