- Early Voting Locations Public Notice is hereby given that early voting will be available for Summit County voters for the 2023 Municipal General Election for Coalville City, Kamas City, Oakley City and Park City, and the Special District Election for Snyderville Basin Water Reclamation District and South Summit Fire District at the following times and locations. Thursday, November 16, 2023, through Saturday, November 18, 2023, and Monday, November 20, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at: Summit County Courthouse Summit County Library (Kimball Junction) Clerk's Office Richins Building Conference Room 60 North Main 1885 West Ute Blvd PO Box 128 Park City, Utah Coalville, Utah Northwest Corner The statewide voter information website, https://vote.utah.gov/ and https://www.summitcounty.org/elections also have polling place information for early voting. The municipal and special service district election officers will post the location of each polling place for early voting on their websites, including any changes to the location of early voting. Please call 435-336-3040 or email elections@summitcounty.org if you need additional information about early voting locations. These polling locations have ballot-marking devices with accessible features.
