NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER HARRISVILLE ORDINANCE 546 AMENDING SECTION 10.30.040 RELATING TO THE TRANSPORTATION IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS AND TRANSPORTATION IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN.
In accordance with Utah Code ยง11-36a-502, the Harrisville City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 7:00 PM, at the Harrisville City Hall located at 363 West Independence Blvd, Harrisville, Utah 84404. Harrisville City intends to adopt updates to Transportation Impact Fees. All interested persons in attendance shall be given an opportunity to be heard, and may provide comments, for or against Harrisville Ordinance 546 amending section 10.30.040 relating to the Transportation Impact Fee Analysis and Transportation Impact Fees Facility Plan. The changes will have citywide applicability.
Affected entities and the public are encouraged to provide information to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing the amendments.
