Public Hearing Notice The Oakley City Council will hold a public hearing on: Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. Anchor location at: 960 W. Center Street Also available at: ZOOM Meeting I.D. 820 258 4629 The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding a subdivision application for property at approximately 4580 N. SR 32. Land is currently in Belly Acres Subdivision - a 3-lot subdivision. Further division of this existing subdivision to create 6 total lots - see preliminary plat on back. *Minor changes may still occur to plat. PLEASE NOTE: Public comment will be received during the Public Hearing section of this meeting. Please keep your comments to 3 minutes. Public comments can also be sent to stephanie@oakleycity.com prior to 5:00 p.m. November 6, 2023. These comments will be sent to City Council prior to meeting. Forthcoming meeting agenda and project staff report will be available at the above locations as well.
