NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON Tuesday, November 7, 2023, a public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. by the Salt Lake City Council to consider adopting an ordinance that would amend the zoning of properties located at 135, 159, and 163 West Goltz Avenue and 1036 South Jefferson Street from RMF-35 (Moderate Density Multi-Family Residential District) to R-MU (Residential Mixed Use District).
