On November 2, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the Lehi City Council Chambers located at 153 North 100 East, the Lehi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the following items: Public hearing and consideration of Trademark Visual's request for conditional use approval of a pylon sign for the Primary Children's Medical Center located at 2250 North Miller Campus Drive. Public hearing and consideration of Anna Dolegiewicz's request for conditional use approval of the Jewel's Towing Site Plan located at 4641 North Digital Drive in a Light Industrial zone. Public hearing and recommendation of Texas Instrument's request for review of the TI Skye Area Plan Amendment changing the location of the Technical Manufacturing Buffer. Public hearing and recommendation of Texas Instrument's request for review of the TI Zone Change located at approximately 4000 North Flash Drive changing the zoning on approximately 25.69-acres west of the facility from Planned Community (PC) to Technical Manufacturing (TM) and another 25.69-acres to the south of the facility from TM to PC. Public hearing and recommendation of Tracy Tanner's request for review of the Berry Property Zone Change located at 116 South 600 East changing the zoning on 1.18-acres from Transitional Holding (TH-5) to Neighborhood Commercial (NC).
