- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING November 2, 2023 Notice is hereby given that the Layton City Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at 7:00 PM, THURSDAY, November 2, 2023, in the City Council Chambers, located at Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to rezone approximately 20.3 acres of property located at approximately 1608 North Valley View, currently zoned A (Agriculture) and R-1-10 (Single Family Residential) to R-1-10 PRUD (Single Family Residential - Planned Residential Unit Development). If you desire further information regarding this rezone proposal, please contact the Community & Economic Development Department, (801) 336-3780.
