- NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to ยง52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. OPENING REMARKS 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 4. ROLL CALL 5. BUSINESS a. Consider approving a bid for carpet at the Library. b. Consider approving an additional donation to the Central Utah Food Bank for $6,200. c. Consider granting final approval of the Mountain Valley Vision Subdivision on the property north of Sevier Valley Hospital. d. Consider approving a bid for a crack seal project. e. Discuss and consider approving an application to the Joint Highway Committee to extend the bike path along Airport Road or possibly Cove View Road. f. Consider approving an application for additional funding to continue for additional updates to the general plan. g. Consider adopting Ordinance 2023-14, amending the definition of a mixed-use. h. Consider adopting Ordinance 2023-15 amending the subdivision ordinance to include condominiums and condominium conversions. 6. OTHER BUSINESS 7. ADJOURNMENT CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND EMAILING The undersigned duly appointed and acting recorder for the municipality of Richfield City hereby certifies that a copy of the foregoing Notice of Agenda was posted on the Public Meeting Notice website www.pmn.utah.gov, and the City's website www.richfieldcity.com, emailed to each member of the governing body, this 20th day of October 2023.
