- This WRITTEN AGREEMENT (this 'Agreement') is entered into this October 12, 2023 (the 'Effective Date'), between PROVO CITY, UTAH, a political subdivision and body politic duly organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of Utah (the 'Local Entity') and PETROS PACE FINANCE TITLING TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (including its designee, successors and assigns, the 'Lender'). Agreement attached.
