2. Consider edits to HPC Code 12.70 - Parking & Loading Space/Vehicle Access Regulations. The purpose is to regulate parking and loading spaces, vehicle traffic, and access to provide orderly and adequate development of such amenities and promote the safety and well-being of the citizens of the city.
3. Consider edits to HPC Code 12.80 -Conditional Uses
The purpose is to allow, in certain areas or zone districts, the compatible integration of land uses which may be suitable and desirable only in certain locations in that zone (1) due to conditions and circumstances peculiar to that location, (2) upon certain conditions that make the use suitable, and/or (3) if such uses are designed, laid out, and constructed on the proposed site in a particular manner.
