PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Vineyard City Council will hold a special session on Monday, October 23, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 125 South Main Street, Vineyard, Utah.

1. CALL TO ORDER
2. CLOSED SESSION
The Mayor and City Council pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-205 may vote to go into a closed session to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual.
3. ADJOURNMENT
The next regularly scheduled meeting is on Wednesday, October 25, 2023.
This meeting may be held in a way that will allow a councilmember to participate electronically.
