Notice of a Public Hearing The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 1, at 6:00 pm. General Plan: - Transportation Master Plan Amendments. The proposal is for modifications to the Transportation Master Plan, an element of the General Plan. The Planning Commission and City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 1, at 6:00 pm and Tuesday, November 7, at 6:00 pm. Zone Change: - Spanish Fork Recreation Center. A proposal to change the zone from R-O, Residential Office to P-F, Public Facilities in anticipation of construction for the Spanish Fork City Recreation Center located at approximately 1102 South Main Street. Project Signage Plan: - Verneer Mountain West Dealership Project Signage Plan. A proposal to allow for an 18-foot pole sign in an industrial development of 12+ acres at approximately 600 West 1000 North. The City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 7, at 6:00 pm. Zone Change: - Sip'n Drinks and Treats. A proposal to change the zone from R-1-6 to C-2 with the Development Enhancement Overlay allowing for expansion of the existing commercial development located at approximately 111 East 300 South. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork.
