PUBLIC NOTICE
The La Verkin City Council shall hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., in the La Verkin City Offices, 111 South Main Street, La Verkin, Utah, during its regularly scheduled Council meeting, to receive public input on the following items:
1. An ordinance approving and adopting an updated Stormwater Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Analysis and establishing and adopting an updated Stormwater (Drainage) Impact Fee.
Copies of the ordinance and analysis are available in the office of the City Recorder at 435 North Main Street, La Verkin, Utah.
Public comment may be given at the meeting. Written comments should be directed to Christy Ballard, City Recorder, La Verkin City, 435 North Main, La Verkin, UT 84745 or Christy.ballard@laverkincity.org and received no later than noon on November 1, 2023.
