- PLAIN CITY HEARING OFFICER NOTICE OF HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Hearing Officer of Plain City will hold a Hearing on Thursday, the 2nd day of November, 2023 at Plain City Offices 4160 West 2200 North which meeting shall begin promptly at 1:00pm. The purpose of said hearing shall be to hear and determine whether a variance can be granted for the following: PETITIONERS KENT AND SANDRA JOHNSON AND DAYTON CONSTRUCTION ARE REQUESTING A VARIANCE AT 2384 N 3575 W FOR A SIDE YARD SETBACK ADJUSTMENT FROM 10 FEET TO 3 FEET FOR A DETACHED GARAGE.
