Opening Motions Excused: Linda Walker, Nancy Webster Motion to begin meeting: Second: Motion to approve September meeting minutes: Second: Monthly Subcommittee Check-in Reports 1. Conduct subcommittee monthly check-in reports from subcommittee heads: Preservation (Chris Schow) Old Town Hall restoration project ends on 7 November (Laurel) - Final construction punchlist: flooring, exterior paint and trim, pendant lights, exterior lights, re-pointing, interior trim, front door, backdoor restoration, front transom glass, AV equipment - Ribbon-cutting hosted by the city and spearheaded by Kyler Brower - Advance tour for HPC ahead of ribbon cutting? - City council meeting to be held in OTH (date unknown) - SHPO grant paperwork can be submitted Archives (Jeanne) No updates Community Outreach (Denise Trickler) December event? History & Publications (Laurel Cunningham) Currently working on: - Reprint of 'By These Hands' biographies book - Manila Church booklet for their December anniversary event Other Business Items 1. Explain why Main Street is on the 7 November work session agenda. (Laurel) 2. Update on Old Town Hall Christmas display and installation date. (Amanda) 3.
