- Notice of Ordinance Adoption Notice is hereby given that on October 10, 2023, the American Fork City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2023-10-41 which approving amendments to Section 17.5.121 of the city code relating to landscaping requirements in the Industrial Zone. The ordinance is available for public inspection during normal business hours (Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to Noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.) Dated this 18th day of October 2023. /s/Terilyn Lurker City Recorder
