- Notice of Ordinance Adoption Notice is hereby given that on October 10, 2023, the American Fork City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2023-10-39 which approving amending Section 15.01.1395 of the city code relating to the secondary water main tap. The ordinance approved replacing the existing standard detail to the detail titled 'Pressurized Irrigation Service Tap NTS' Drawing No. PI 15.3. The ordinance is available for public inspection during normal business hours (Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to Noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.) Dated this 18th day of October 2023. /s/Terilyn Lurker City Recorder
