- Public Notice Request for Sealed Bids Toquerville City, located at 212 N. Toquer Blvd, Toquerville, Utah will accept Sealed Bids for the following items: - Echo Trailer 5ft x 14ft, VIN: 5PSBA144971009103, 2' Coupler, Non-slip metal deck, 3500lb axle - 2007 John Deer 310J Backhoe, Serial number: T0310JX141935, 3913.2 hours - DECKED Drawer System Toolbox, 1 year old, for 6'9' truck bed, includes 58' Core Trax System - 1981 International 10-Wheel Dump Truck, VIN: 1HTCF2575BGB13049, 8 Speed manual transmission, 8-10-ton load capacity. The items are being sold 'as-is' and are available for inspection at 212 N Toquer Blvd. A list of known problems will be displayed with each item. Toquerville City reserves the right to reject winning bids it deems inadequate. Sealed bids will be accepted by emailing treasurer@toquerville.org, or in person at the Toquerville City office, 212 N. Toquer Blvd in Toquerville Utah until 2:00pm November 1st, 2023, and then publicly opened and read aloud. Each item will be awarded separately to the highest bidder. If the highest bidder does not tender payment to Toquerville City within 5 business days in the form of cash or cashiers check, the item may be awarded to the nest highest bidder.
