BOX 570064 SIGURD, UTAH 84657 PHONE: 435-896-4645 October 17, 2023 Mayor Kelly Alvey & Town Councilmembers Sigurd, Utah 84657 Re: Notice of Certification of Petition for Annexation Dear Mayor Alvey & Councilmembers: Following Utah State Law, I am informing you that the Petition for Annexation sponsored by Solidarity Holds LC, for property located at approximately 2664 North Interchange Road, containing approximately 25.3 acres has been certified by my office to meet the requirements for annexation as provided by Utah State Law (Subsections 10-2-406). The Notice of Certification will be (1) posted on the Utah Public Notice Website for 3 weeks, (2) posted on the municipality's website, and (3) posted in 2 public places. If no protests are received by November 20, 2023, a public hearing will be scheduled to consider approving the annexation and zoning will be considered at that time.
