Martain Don Despain Barbara Cameron NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING BIG COTTONWOOD CANYON IMPROVEMENT DISTICT PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Big Cottonwood Canyon Improvement District will hold a Regular Meeting on Thursday, October 19th, 2023, beginning at 6:00 p.m., in the District Office at 8021 Brighton Loop Road, (Above the Brighton Store), Brighton, Utah. The proposed agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve Minutes of the Q2 Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees held July 20, 2023. 2. Review Q3 2023 Financial Statements. 3. State Auditor Certifications. 4. CID Processing Fees Review. 5. Manhole / Maintenance Report. 6. Proposed Budget 2024. 7. Board Member Training Requirements Review. 8. Correspondence Review 9.
