Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE GLENWOOD TOWN PUBLIC HEARING Public Notice is hereby given that the Glenwood Town Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 2, at 7:00 p.m. in the Glenwood Town Hall located at 175 East 300 North, Glenwood Utah. Purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comments regarding minor recommended changes to the Glenwood Town Zoning Ordinance, as well as to propose the addition of Section 12-100 which would allow for Internal Accessory Dwelling Units, as required by Utah State Code 10-9a-530. The public is invited to attend and comments are welcomed. Copies of the proposed changes to the ordinance are available for public inspection and can be viewed at the Glenwood Town Hall, or by calling 896-0260.
