Discussion/Information (Non-Action Items) A. General discussion and announcements B. Community questions and comments 2. Action Items - Administrative A. Update from Jones & Demille regarding Rural Development funding and discuss and approve next steps to move forward. B. Discuss Water & Sewer Impact Fees & Hookup Fees. Also discuss rate structure for the customer type. Approve decision from discussion and set date for Public Hearing. a. Define type of Customer - Residential, Commercial & Non-Profit b. Impact Fee based on type of customer c. Water & Sewer Fee Schedule based on type of customer C. Water Connection at the Comfort Station: *Amount of Impact Fee *Monthly Billing Amount *Water Right Associated to Property D.
