- Call to order: Mayor Alfred C. Bigelow Agenda Items: 1. Garrick Willden, Jones & DeMill Engineering - Update on traffic study and transportation plan. 2. Joy Merriam - request to address Council regarding residential use of trailer on her property. 3. Cory Hatch - Update on the automated water meter installation project. 4. Proposed amendment to 'Agreement for Engineering & Technical Services' for the planned water treatment plant project. 5. Todd Ballard - Safety concerns with electronic power meters. 6. Blake DeMill - Update on KV interconnect switch. 7. Continuing Business. a. Discussion concerning nuisance ordinance and enforcement. b. Sidewalk safety for pedestrians in the downtown commercial zone. c. Dogs running at large. d. Speed limit on east 100 South. 8. Councilmembers reports: Gary Chidester Darren Dyreng Jeff Killian Jason Vernon Mary Wintch 9. Public Comment - two minutes per each comment. 10. Mayor Bigelow. 11. Consideration of approval for minutes of recent meetings. (October 4th council meeting & October 11th work meeting) 12. City Manager Kent Barton. 13. Closed Session (if needed).
