IRON COUNTY, UTAH IRON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Iron County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider action during their regularly scheduled meeting, on Thursday, November 2, 2023 at 5:30 PM at the Festival Hall located at 105 North 100 East, Cedar City, Utah. The hearing is to receive public comment on an application for a Conditional Use Permit - 'Travel Trailer Park' (four RV spaces) - located near 3393 S 6100 W, Cedar City, Utah. Applicant: Tyrel Eddy Approximately 20.0 acres - located within the NW1/4 of Section 2, T37S, R12W, SLB&M, Iron County, Utah (APN: E-0259-0013-0000). All interested persons are invited to attend.
