- FAIRVIEW CITY CORPORATION - ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS POWER UPGRADE PROJECT RECEIPT OF BIDS: Sealed bids will be accepted at the Office of Fairview City, 85S State Street, Fairview Utah 84629, until 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 2, 2023, for Fairview Heights Power Upgrade Project for Fairview City Corporation. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Contractor will need to excavate approximately 4000 feet of 4-foot-deep trench for the installation of conduit in the Fairview Heights Area near Fairview, Utah. Contractor will also need to sand and backfill applicable trenches after conduit has been installed by the Fairview City Power Department. It is expected construction will take place in the spring of 2024. LOCATION OF WORK: The work is located in the Fairview Heights Area near Fairview, Utah. OPENING OF BIDS: Bids will be publicly opened at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at the aforementioned office of Fairview City, Utah. PROJECT ADMINISTRATION: Please contact Fairview City at 435-427-3858 or email questions to Recorder@fairviewcity.com. All questions concerning this project will be directed to the Power Department Superintendent. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: Fairview City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make awards in the interest of the City.
