PUBLIC HEARING Notice of Public Hearing on November 1, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. to be held at the Salem City Council Chambers, located at 30 West 100 South, Salem, Utah 84653, to consider an annexation petition. TO ALL CITIZENS OF SALEM CITY, UTAH COUNTY, UTAH You and each of you are hereby notified that the City Council of Salem City has appointed the time of 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, for the purpose of a public hearing to consider a request from Kurt Christensen to annex 8.70 Acres of property owned by David A & Connie J Cook, Kurt & Janie Christensen, Salem City, Utah County, and United States of America into Salem City limits. This property is located at approximately Salem Canal Road and Woodland Hills Drive (Parcel #'s: 300390044, 300390288, 300390215, 290510179, 300390287). All public is invited to attend this hearing and be heard in regards to the proposed item.
