- BRIGHAM CITY CORPORATION REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Brigham City will receive sealed proposals at City Hall, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah until November 22, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. for the purchase of Hangar #23 located at the Brigham City Regional Airport at 1780 North 2000 West. The hangar consists of approximately 21,344 square feet of storage area and was originally constructed in 2000. The building, if sold, will be placed on a 20-year ground lease, with two 5-year renewal options. All interested parties may obtain a copy of the complete Request for Proposal by contacting the Brigham City Recorder at cboss@bcutah.gov or at https://www.bcutah.org/rfp-listings.htm.
