- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF HELPER CITY, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION WILL HOLD A WORK MEETING ON THE 18TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 2023 AT THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 19 SOUTH MAIN STREET, HELPER, UTAH MEETING SHALL BEGIN AT 6:00 P.M. 1. Review and revise general plans and ordinances.
