- From: South Jordan City Re: Notice of the Adoption of the Amended and Restated Project Area Plan for the Southwest Quadrant Urban Center Community Reinvestment Project Area Pursuant to UTAH CODE ANNOTATED ยง 17C-5-110(1), South Jordan City hereby provides notice that on September 19, 2023, the South Jordan City Council adopted the Amended and Restated Project Area Plan for the Southwest Quadrant Urban Center Community Reinvestment Project Area (the 'Amended Plan') by adoption of South Jordan City Ordinance No. 2023-10. The Ordinance formally adopts the Amended Plan for the Project Area and authorizes related actions by City staff and legal counsel. The Ordinance also includes a map and a legal description of the land within the Project Area. The ordinance and the adopted Amended Plan are available for inspection during regular business hours at the South Jordan City offices, 1600 West Towne Center Drive, South Jordan, Utah. No action is required in connection with this notice. THIS NOTICE IS TO BE POSTED/PUBLISHED FOR A CONTINUOUS PERIOD OF 30 DAYS 4881-8119-0945, v. 1
