- October 16, 2023 Nibley City Council Public Hearing Notice The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the following Ordinances: Ordinance 23-34-Updating Nibley City Code 7.06.010 - 7.06.070, Adopting Provisions for The Collection of Waste Within City Limits Ordinance 23-35-Amendments to NCC 19.34 Animal Land Use Regulations and 9.02.030 Animal Control Officer When: October 26, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. Where: Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S Nibley Utah A full report will be posted on the City's website by October 24, 2023, as part of the City Council's agenda and packet report. Any updates to the plan will be posted on the City's website. You may submit comments in writing before the meeting either by mail to Nibley City Hall or email to cheryl@nibleycity.com.
