Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE October 16, 2023 You are hereby notified that for the 2023 Municipal Election Cycle and pursuant to Section §2.46.110 of the Salt Lake City Campaign Financing Disclosure Ordinance and §10-3-208(11) of Utah State Code, Jack Bellows failed to report the October 5, 2023, financial disclosure report. Due to this failure to report, he has been disqualified for the 2023 Municipal General Election. Section §10-3-208(11) of Utah State Code requires the City Recorder to provide public notice of a candidate's disqualification.
