B. Discussion and Approval of Joint Funding Agreement with the USGS for the Stream Gage located on the Santa Clara River below Gunlock Reservoir from Oct. 2023 to Oct. 2024 in the amount of $10,350 (budgeted item).
C. Discussion and Approval of the Work Project Agreement with ACE for the 2023-2024 Fall/Winter River Channel Maintenance and Invasive Species Removal in the amount of $96,698.20 (budgeted item).
D. Discussion of the Proposed 2024 FCA Budget and set a public hearing for 5:00 pm on November 7th to review and possibly approve the 2024 FCA Budget.
