KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 26, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the Kaysville City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, to consider:
An application from Brad Walters, who is requesting to add a PRUD Planned Residential Unit Development zone overlay to 1387 South Sunset Drive and the parcel directly south. The subject property is two parcels (ID# 080250074 and 080250073) with a combined acreage of 13.48 acres (587,188 ft²). If approved, the underlying zoning of A-5 Heavy Agricultural District and R-1-LD Single Family Residential will not change. The current zoning requires construction of a road to city standards and the PRUD overlay would allow the applicant to construct a private road. Density allowance on the property would not change and a future subdivision of 15 lots is anticipated.
Comments to the Planning Commission can be submitted by in-person attendance at the public hearing or through an online contact form at the bottom of this webpage: https://www.kaysvillecity.com/435/Planning-Commission.
If you have any questions, please contact the Kaysville City Community Development office at 801-546-1241.
