- CITY OF HOLLADAY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on the 5th day of October, 2023 the Holladay City Council adopted Ordinance 2023-13. Ordinance 2023-13rezones property located at 4930 S Westmoor Rd from Public (P) to the Residential Single Family (R-1-10) zone. The complete ordinance is available for public inspection during normal working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday in the office of the City Recorder located at 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, UT.
