PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a public hearing at the St. George City offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, commencing at 5:00 pm to consider the following: A request to change the zone from PD-R (Planned Development Residential) to C-3 (General Commercial) on approximately 3.0 acres located on the east side of Riverside Drive at approximately 700 South, south of Foremaster Drive. The applicant is Smoothie Kings Holdings LLC and the representative is Eric McFadden. The project will be known as Willow Bend Commercial. Case No. 2023-ZC-014. Reasonable Accommodation: The City of St George will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs.
