- NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE Granger-Hunter Improvement District The GRANGER - HUNTER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The GRANGER - HUNTER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT tax on a $388,000 residence would increase from $105.42 to $119.80, which is $14.38 per year. - The GRANGER - HUNTER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT tax on a $388,000 business would increase from $191.67 to $217.82, which is $26.15 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, GRANGER - HUNTER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 13.64% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase. PUBLIC HEARING Date/Time: 11/14/2023 6:00 P.M. Location: Granger-Hunter Improvement District Board Room 2888 S. 3600 W.
