- HEBER CITY CORPORATION Planning Commission Public Hearing Notice Date: October 24, 2023 Time: 6:00 p.m. Place: Heber City Office Building, 75 North Main Street, South entrance, and upstairs in the Council Chambers. AGENDA ITEM: The Public Hearing is to consider amending the permitted uses in the C-3 Zone. As a result of the adoption of the Central Heber Vision, amendments to the C-3 Zone were suggested. Summary of proposed amendments: - Permit hotels and prohibit chain stores - Eliminate parking requirements - Require enhanced architectural design for new buildings
