- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on October 10, 2023, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 23-37: 'AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN TO SHOW A CHANGE OF LAND USE FROM MIXED USE AND LARGE LOT RESIDENTIAL (2 TO 3 UNITS/ACRE) TO SMALL LOT RESIDENTIAL (4 TO 7 UNITS/ACRE) FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5143 WEST 3500 SOUTH ON 4.34 ACRES.' The complete Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
