- The North Logan City Planning Commission hereby announces a public hearing to be held on Thursday, October 19, 2023 in the Meeting Room at the North Logan City Library at 475 East 2500 North, North Logan, UT. A public hearing will be held for the following agenda item: 1. 6:35 PM Public Hearing to solicit input regarding a Master Site Signage Plan and Development Agreement for the Wal-Mart frontage with Hwy 91. This Master Site Signage Plan and Development Agreement represent a negotiated coordination of signage interests along Wal-Mart's frontage with Hwy 91 for both a North Logan City gateway entry sign as well as new signage for the Walmart property.
