Declaration of Conflict of Interest 3. Adopt Agenda - By Motion 4. Approve minutes of September 13, 2023, Regular Town Board meeting - By Motion 5. Approve Resolution 23-11, A Resolution to Cancel Paragonah Town's 2023 Municipal Election - By Motion 6. Make decision concerning fixing culvert by Byron Jenkins property - By Motion 7. Mayor's Report - a) Discuss flood ditch to the south of Elizabeth Partner's house (243 South 200 East) 8. Water Department Report - Mike Abbott 9. Power/Fire Department Reports - Travis Isaacson 10. Cemetery/Planning & Zoning Reports - Marge Cipkar a) Discuss and make decision concerning repairing pump in the Walker Lawn Mower (Cost will be between $1200 - $1500) - By Motion b) Review changes to Ordinance 23-1, (Cemetery Ordinance), An Ordinance Amending Sections 34.015, 34.045 and 34.090 of the Town of Paragonah Utah, Code of Ordinances and set date for public hearing - By Motion 11. Roads/Park/Building Reports - Todd Memmott a) Discuss funding available for doing roads - Ensign Engineering 12. Open Discussion 13.
