- NOTICE is hereby given that the American Fork River Debris Basin Administrative Board will meet in a regular session on Thursday October 12, 2023, in the Cedar Hills City Conference Room, 10246 N Canyon Road, Cedar Hills, Utah commencing at 12:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ACTION ITEMS: 1) REVIEW/ACTION TO APPROVE ENGINEERING SERVICES, INVOICES, AND CHANGE ORDERS. 2) ACTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE JULY 20, 2023, MEETING. 3) ACTION TO APPROVE LIGHT TOWER PURCHASE AND REIMBURSEMENT 4) REVIEW/ACTION TO AWARD CONTRACT FOR GRINDING OF VEGETATIVE MATTER 5) ACTION TO APPROVE INVOICES FOR PAYMENT a) INVOICE FOR LIGHT TOWER PAYABLE TO HIGHLAND CITY (SEE ACTION 3) b) INVOICE FOR TODAY'S LUNCH EXPENSE PAYABLE TO CEDAR HILLS c) INVOICE FOR COPIES DISCUSSION ITEMS: 6) UPDATE ON OUTLET STRUCTURE PROJECT 7) NEXT YEARS LEADERSHIP 8) CLEANING DEBRIS BASIN 9) UPDATE ON SURVEY DONE WITH DRONE 10) UPDATE ON AMERICAN FORK CITY AND DEBRIS BASIN WITH SUSAN'S RESIGNATION ADJOURMENT THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PUBLIC CITY MEETINGS. AUDIO OF THIS MEETING WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM CEDAR HILLS CITY WEBSITE OR BY CONTACTING US AT publicworks@cedarhills.org. Please note the order of agenda items are subject to change to accommodate the needs of the Debris Basin Administrative Board, staff, and the public.
