- RIVERDALE CITY COUNCIL CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I, Michelle Marigoni, City Recorder for the City of Riverdale, Weber County, State of Utah, do hereby certify during the Riverdale City Council meeting held on October 3, 2023, the following Resolution(s) and/or Ordinance(s) were adopted: - Resolution 2023-27 renewed a contract for garbage and recycling services. - Resolution 2023-28 awarded a bid to Paragon Construction for a water line improvement project. - Resolution 2023-29 adopted the Intercounty Automatic Aid Fire Agreement. - Resolution 2023-30 approved a Development Agreement. - Ordinance 972 approved a rezone from Mobile Home Park-Recreational Vehicle Park (RMH-1) Zoning and Multiple-Family Residential (R-4) Zoning to Regional Commercial (C-3) Zoning for property located at approximately 633 West 4400 South. - Ordinance 970 approved the Riverdale City Comprehensive General Plan Update. I further certify that the above referenced resolution(s) and/or ordinance(s) were posted on October 6, 2023 in accordance with Utah Municipal Code 10-3-711 as a class A notice under section 63G-28-102. ___________________________ Michelle Marigoni City Recorder All Resolution(s) and Ordinance(s) are posted for 30 consecutive days.
