At which time, public comment will be heard and consideration given to a proposed vacation of a municipal utility easement located on parcel number 05-055-0212 in the vicinity of the intersection of 2650 West and BR Mountain Road. Comments may be submitted before the public hearing at Tremonton City Hall, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah, during regular business hours.
