State of Utah United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Pathways to Remove Obstacles to Housing (PRO Housing) Application Public Hearing and Public Comment Period The State of Utah, Department of Workforce Services (DWS) Office of Homeless Services (OHS) is holding a public hearing and opening the public comment period regarding its application for the HUD PRO Housing Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). As outlined in the NOFO: 'Before the Applicant submits the Application submissions for this NOFO the Applicant must publish the PRO Housing in its entirety for public comment. The manner of publication must include prominent posting on the Applicant's official Website(s) and must afford the public, affected local governments, and other interested parties a reasonable opportunity to examine the plan or amendment's contents. Applicants are required to hold at least one public hearing to solicit public comments on the Application submission.' This posting is to inform all interested parties of the State of Utah's application for this funding opportunity, to answer any questions that may arise, and to post a copy of the drafted application for review and comment. Changes will be made to the draft application after receiving public comment and a finalized version of the application will be posted prior to submission to HUD.
