- Notice of Ordinance Adoption Notice is hereby given that on September 26, 2023, the American Fork City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2023-09-38 which approved the site plan for Surg LLC Professional Office building located at 1141 East 50 North in the Professional Office zone. The ordinance is available for public inspection during normal business hours (Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to Noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.) Dated this 5th day of October 2023. /s/Terilyn Lurker City Recorder
