- NOTICE OF LIBRARY MEETING RICHFIELD PUBLIC LIBRARY Notice is hereby given that the Richfield Public Library Board of Trustees will meet on Thursday October 5, 2023 at 8am. Please call Michelle Olsen at 435-896-5169 or email at michelleo@richfieldcity.com, if you are a board member and cannot attend. Items on the agenda will be: 1. Welcome 2. Approval of Minutes 3. Board Training 4. Updates a. Board Member Community Assignments b. Strategic Plan Progress 5. Strategic Plan Implementation Assignments 6. Follow-up items a. Carpet Bids 7. Other items if there is time
